We are a 100% handmade, custom business. Every collar ordered is made to order in the exact specs of your choosing. Please understand that because of our truly custom unique business model, we do not offer returns or exchanges on collars as they are made to your specs when ordered. If you’re not sure about sizing, buckle choice, or how to measure for your collar, please ask prior to ordering.
